Job Details

We are looking for a motivated L&D Coordinator to join our team and support training operations and learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain training records, attendance, evaluations, and certifications.- Create and track pre- & post-training assessments.- Prepare regular L&D reports and dashboards.- Support LMS administration and management (training will be provided).- Coordinate with instructors and freelance trainers.- Measure training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and ROI.- Review training readiness with trainers (course maps, lesson plans, presentations, activities, and assessments).- Ensure training materials align with instructional design standards and learning objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.- 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Operations.- Knowledge of instructional design principles.- Understanding of training evaluation methods.- High attention to detail with strong follow-up skills.- Good communication and coordination skills.- TOT (Training of Trainers) is a plus.
