Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Specialist (English Speaker) based in Qesm El Maadi. The Call Center Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues professionally. Responsibilities include responding to calls, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate communication records in a fast-paced contact center environment.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Centers Excellent Communication skills, with fluency in English Proficiency in Computer Literacy and ability to quickly learn new software and systems Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset
