We are currently seeking a proactive and strategic Business Developer to join our growing team in Cairo. This is a key role focused on driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening client relationships across the Architecture, Engineering, and Planning sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Business Developer, your main responsibilities will include:• Identifying new business opportunities in both public and private sectors at local and regional levels.• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.• Preparing technical and commercial proposals in close coordination with internal technical teams.• Monitoring industry trends, tenders, and RFPs related to architecture, engineering, planning, and infrastructure.• Coordinating with design, planning, and engineering teams to align business development efforts with company capabilities.• Participating in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.• Preparing company profiles, capability statements, and tailored marketing materials for different markets.• Maintaining CRM systems, tracking leads, and preparing reports for management review.• Representing the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.• Supporting pre-qualification processes, vendor registrations, and framework agreements.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCETo succeed in this role, candidates should have:• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related discipline.• 4–8 years of proven experience in business development or proposal management, preferably within an AEC consultancy environment.• Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and sustain client relationships.• Strong understanding of procurement processes, bidding strategies, and regional market dynamics, particularly within the GCC and MENA regions.• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.• Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals and marketing content.• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and collaborate across teams.• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, results-driven attitude.
