Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and lead distribution systems to maximize the company's market share in New Cairo. Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular meetings to track individual and team KPIs, providing coaching and troubleshooting to improve conversion rates. Deal Closing Support: Assist consultants in high-level negotiations and complex deal-closing to ensure professional service and client satisfaction. Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of real estate experience with a proven track record in team management and leadership.
