Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Egypt for a Contracts Engineer. The Contracts Engineer will be responsible for managing contractual documentation and processes, overseeing contract compliance, and ensuring alignment with legal and industry standards. Responsibilities include preparing contract documentation, negotiating terms, reviewing tender documents, and monitoring contractor performance. The role also involves collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes within project timelines.
Qualifications
Proficient in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation Strong knowledge of construction and engineering standards, as well as project management principles Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities Proficiency in relevant software and tools for contract management and project tracking Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Previous experience in contract administration or engineering is preferred Understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks within the region is an advantage
