Responsibilities:· Meeting or exceeding sales targets.· Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.· Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.· Answering client questions about products, prices and availability. Represent and promote the brand with products and services at showrooms. Welcoming customers to the store and answering their queries Create and update customer database Built and strengthened relationships with customers, deal with different nationalities and personalities and put always the customers at ease. Maintain neat and clean department Handle cash and credit sales; operate cash register Assist with sizing and fashion choices to ensure positive customer experience Focus on creating customer loyalty to achieve sales objectives Handle all customer requests and inquiries. Qualifications :· Bachelor’s degree· Experience in Retail Sales at least 2 years.· Experience using computers for a variety of tasks (Excel and word) · Excellent communication skills. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service Good Command of written and spoken English Experience with POS transactions Passionate, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service. Work Hours: Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
