Media Buyer — Silicon Valley International School Location - New Administrative Capital, Egypt
We are hiring a Media Buyer to plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns that drive qualified leads and student enrollments.

What you will do Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Search and Display, You Tube, Tik Tok, and Snapchat. Build full‑funnel admissions campaigns: audience research, creative briefs, advertising copy, and landing page coordination. Set up tracking (link tagging, pixels, and Google Analytics 4) and ensure accurate lead attribution into our customer relationship management system. Optimize daily for lower cost per lead and cost per acquisition; run tests on audiences, placements, and creatives. Manage monthly budgets, pacing, and forecasts; report weekly on spend, leads, cost per lead, and enrollments. Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to align messaging with academic calendars and school events. Coordinate with designers and video editors to produce high-performing advertisements and iterate quickly. Monitor competitors and market trends; propose new channels and formats to scale results.
What you bring Two to four years of hands-on buying on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads is required; experience with Tik Tok or Snapchat is a plus. Proven record of reducing cost per lead and achieving lead and enrollment targets in education or service industries. Strong understanding of tracking pixels, conversion events, server-side conversion application programming interface, Google Analytics 4, and routing leads into customer relationship management systems. Data-driven mindset, strong skills with spreadsheets and dashboards, and confidence in presenting insights. Excellent English and Arabic writing for advertising variations, with great attention to detail and compliance. Startup mindset: proactive, flexible, accountable, organized, and fast in execution and testing. The ability to start immediately is required.
What we offer Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 Egyptian pounds net based on experience and performance. Transportation, social insurance, and medical insurance. Tuition fee discount for dependents.
