Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for English-speaking candidates located in Cairo, Egypt, working on a Voice and Non-Voice Project for business setup. The role will involve providing high-quality customer support and communication services. Responsibilities include managing both voice and non-voice communication channels, resolving customer inquiries, explaining business processes, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members to ensure an excellent customer experience.
