Duties & Responsibilities (Job Description):
- Growing new users, subscribers, database, pageviews, and engagement
- Conducting primary and secondary market research with industry stakeholders to gain deep insights into their requirements and deliver tailored content accordingly.
- Conducting keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic.
- Developing and executing comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.
- Creating high-quality, engaging content for digital channels including websites, social media, email marketing, blogs, and other online platforms.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and sales to ensure content is aligned with brand messaging and objectives.
- Managing content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery of content across all channels.
- Monitoring and analyzing content performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to support business objectives.
- Maintaining brand consistency and integrity across all content initiatives.
- Providing guidance and education in brand messaging, style guidelines, and voice.
- Identifying ways to repurpose existing content in the form of webinars, whitepapers, infographics, etc.
- Orchestrate multi-step email and newsletter campaigns, including segmentation and setup.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in the same role.
- English level : Excellent
- Proven experience in content marketing, preferably in a digital publication.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong project management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
