Duties & Responsibilities (Job Description):


  • Growing new users, subscribers, database, pageviews, and engagement 
  • Conducting primary and secondary market research with industry stakeholders to gain deep insights into their requirements and deliver tailored content accordingly. 
  • Conducting keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic. 
  • Developing and executing comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences. 
  • Creating high-quality, engaging content for digital channels including websites, social media, email marketing, blogs, and other online platforms. 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and sales to ensure content is aligned with brand messaging and objectives. 
  • Managing content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery of content across all channels. 
  • Monitoring and analyzing content performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for optimization. 
  • Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to support business objectives. 
  • Maintaining brand consistency and integrity across all content initiatives. 
  • Providing guidance and education in brand messaging, style guidelines, and voice.
  • Identifying ways to repurpose existing content in the form of webinars, whitepapers, infographics, etc. 
  • Orchestrate multi-step email and newsletter campaigns, including segmentation and setup.


Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in the same role.
  • English level : Excellent 
  • Proven experience in content marketing, preferably in a digital publication.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
  • Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
