Job Overview
In this role, you will act as an Executive Assistant and vital support to a Senior Partner, handling both professional and personal administrative tasks to ensure seamless daily operations. This role requires an individual with significant experience in a legal or professional services setting, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support, including managing the executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating all travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the senior partner and firm partners, clients, and external contacts.
- Support special projects and case-related tasks as directed by the partners, ensuring all deadlines and objectives are met.
- Manage personal errands and tasks as needed.
- Maintain organized and confidential records, files, and documentation according to firm policies.
- Assist with occasional event planning and coordination, both professional and personal.
Qualifications
- 6 years in an Executive or Personal Assistant role, preferably in a law firm.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks for two executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal software and billing systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic, with attention to detail.
