Executive & Personal Assistant

Job Overview

In this role, you will act as an Executive Assistant and vital support to a Senior Partner, handling both professional and personal administrative tasks to ensure seamless daily operations. This role requires an individual with significant experience in a legal or professional services setting, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.


Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support, including managing the executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating all travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the senior partner and firm partners, clients, and external contacts.
  • Support special projects and case-related tasks as directed by the partners, ensuring all deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Manage personal errands and tasks as needed.
  • Maintain organized and confidential records, files, and documentation according to firm policies.
  • Assist with occasional event planning and coordination, both professional and personal.


Qualifications

  • 6 years in an Executive or Personal Assistant role, preferably in a law firm.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks for two executives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal software and billing systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic, with attention to detail.
