Role Summary
The position is responsible to develop and implement the Sell-Through Rate and Marketing Performance Management Business Plan; to maximize revenue generated from all streams: Kiosks, ATMs, promotional stands and media elements.
ROLE PROFILE
- Set and deliver the annual revenue target of Sell-Through Rate and Marketing Performance Management for the operating malls in Egypt.
- Manage the budgets for the assigned operating assets and monitor the monthly income, ensuring budgets are either met or exceeded.
- Liaise closely with the Leasing Director to achieve or exceed the annual revenue targets set for the Sell-Through Rate and Marketing Performance Management in each of the assigned operating assets.
- Work closely with the Administration team to ensure timely dispatch of documents to clients and ensure that all dues are collected in a timely fashion.
- Assist the Leasing Director in expanding opportunities in promotion and media for each operating centre, with a view of growing business.
- Ensure that the company policies and procedures are properly followed and applied internally and externally to each deal and that proper paper trail is maintained on every deal.
- Liaise with the concerned Departments of Shopping Malls Business Unit e.g. Property Management and Finance etc., on day to day related matters of Sell-Through Rate.
- Coordinate closely with the Retail Design and Delivery team and Visual Merchandiser in all matters relating to the retail concept especially matter that may impact the sales performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant field.
- Minimum 7 to 9 years of work experience in Marketing and managing media advertising sales preferably in a reputed Retail / Large Shopping malls.
- Excellent English level.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
