- Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting tools and dashboards to track performance metrics.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) to analyze and manipulate data effectively.
- Prepare and present data-driven reports to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Reporting Specialist, admin Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a call center environment.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.Experience with dashboard creation using tools such as Power BI, or similar platforms.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
