The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing B2B client relationships. This role requires a proactive sales approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients across various sectors such as hospitality, retail, healthcare, and corporate.
2. Client Acquisition:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract new clients.
- Schedule and conduct meetings to present our scenting solutions to prospective clients.
3. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
4. Sales Performance:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track and report on sales activities and performance using CRM tools.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure proper installation and maintenance of scenting systems.
- Share feedback and insights from the field to support product and service improvement.
6. Territory Management:
- Plan and organize daily work schedules to efficiently cover your assigned territory.
- Manage travel expenses and ensure efficient use of company resources.
7. Continuous Learning:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally within the fragrance, scenting, or a related field.Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing abilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Highly self-driven with the ability to work independently.Must have access to a personal vehicle.
