Sales Team Leader

*Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the modern trade channel. 
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory. 
* Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers. 
* Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery. 
* Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently. 
* Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. 
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities. 
* Prepare sales forecasts and reports. 
* Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies. 
* Implement sales promotions and marketing initiatives. 
* Ensure effective product placement and visibility in stores. 
* Implement merchandising plans and execute promotional activities. 
* Analyze sales data to identify product performance and opportunities for improvement. 
* Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales tools and materials.

 


* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the modern trade industry or FMCG. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Good command of English, MS Office, ERP, and Data Analysis.
