* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the modern trade industry or FMCG. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Good command of English, MS Office, ERP, and Data Analysis.
