Job description

Liaise with the Director of Entertainment / Rixy Club Supervisor to create a safe environment for all children attending the kids club / crèche.

Ensure all parents fill in the registration form for their children correctly, containing the history of the child.

Create an inventory for all toys and equipment at the club / crèche.

Ensure all equipment is clean and properly maintained.

Inform the Assistant Recreation Manager / Recreation Supervisor of any need for additional toys or replacement of toys.

Ensure to follow daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules as instructed by the Recreation Supervisor.

Ensure all club’s rules and regulations are enforced at all times.

Maintain the club / crèche clean and tidy at all times.

Be fully aware of the club’s facilities, timings, promotions, and prices.

Qualifications

• Education: At least high school or vocational diploma.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the industry.
• Foreign language: Proficiency in English to communicate with guests and understand the professional terminology related to the devices, and a good command of Arabic, German, French, or Russian.
• Courses and training: Prior attendance in seminars and trainings related to the job.
• Computer literacy: MS Office applications, Front Office programmes (Fidelio, Opera, etc.).
• Skills: Familiar with guest profiles based on experience. Customer service orientation.

Additional information

Implement responsibilities to eliminate and collect waste properly, reduce environmental pollution and harmful effects to the environment, and guide staff.

Provide safe handling, carrying, storing, and use of chemicals in accordance with laws, controlling and reducing chemical contamination.

Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management and food safety management systems implemented at the facility.

Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.
