Key Responsibilities:· Contact potential and existing customers.· Present and promote the company's products and services.· Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.· Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.· Handle customer inquiries professionally.· Update customer records and sales activities.· Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:· Previous experience in Sales, Telesales, or Customer Service is preferred,"No prior experience isrequired. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply".· Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.· Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.· Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.· Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.· A Bachelor's degree isrequired.
