·        Coordinate with Design team during GLO, Plan / Sections, Arch, Structural & subsequent drawing preparations considering Mechanical requirements as per PTS - SOW / SEC standards in an optimized cost-effective way.

·        Review PTS requirements / Pre-Bid / Post Bid Clarifications & SEC requirements.

·        Provide Mechanical comments to designer during GLO, Electrical Plan section, Arch, Structural & subsequent drawings & intervene for technical issues.

·        Attend technical meetings with representatives of client, design engineering & project teams.

·        Modify the design as per site requirements to expedite the site activity and arrange the required approval from concerned division of end client.

·        Coordinate with client's design review authority to expedite the approvals.

·        Coordinate with Planning team for Mechanical section (FF/ HVAC & Security Systems) schedules incorporation before submitting to SEC.

·        Coordinate with construction team for any technical problem arise during execution & provide best solution.

·        Perform overall quality control of work procedures (schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on projects status.
