Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical troubleshooting expertise in a cutting-edge field. You ll work alongside a collaborative and solution-driven team of professionals. You'll play a key role in ensuring the availability and reliability of Alstom trains at customer sites. Day-to-day, you ll work closely with teams across the business, including the warranty support team, project team members, and subcontractors, to identify and resolve technical issues, conduct preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. You ll specifically take care of troubleshooting during the PI period and pre-warranty phases, but also contribute to fleet checks, preventive maintenance, and field modifications.

We ll look to you for:

• Carrying out troubleshooting, investigations, and repairs during various project phases, including PI, pre-warranty, and commissioning.
• Planning and conducting fleet check activities and preventive maintenance.
• Documenting and reporting deviations or failures in the failure management database.
• Supporting the operation helpdesk and ensuring effective communication during shift transitions.
• Executing test procedures, performing failure analysis, and recommending preventive and corrective actions.
• Leading troubleshooting and preventive maintenance teams when needed.
• Contributing to the implementation of field modifications and specific technical investigations.
• Providing technical expertise and feedback to improve customer satisfaction and product performance.

• Familiarity with EHS standards and processes.
