We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented **Growth Manager** to accelerate sustainable business growth across all Group companies.
## About the Role
As the **Growth Manager**, you will be responsible for designing and executing growth strategies that increase customer acquisition, improve conversion rates, enhance customer retention, and drive revenue growth across all companies within the Group.
You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, Technology, and Leadership teams to identify opportunities, run growth experiments, optimize business performance, and scale successful initiatives.
## Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with business objectives.* Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition, partnerships, and market expansion.* Optimize the entire customer journey from acquisition to retention.* Improve conversion rates across websites, landing pages, and sales funnels.* Reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while increasing Return on Investment (ROI).* Work with Product teams to improve user adoption, engagement, and retention.* Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities.* Build dashboards and monitor KPIs related to growth performance.* Lead A/B testing and data-driven growth experiments.* Coordinate growth initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Development teams.* Support pricing strategies, go-to-market planning, and business expansion initiatives.
## Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.* 4–7 years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Development, or Strategy.* Proven track record of driving measurable business growth.* Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting business and marketing data.* Experience with growth funnels, conversion optimization, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.* Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and dashboard/reporting tools.* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and customer lifecycle management.* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.* Experience in startups, technology companies, Saa S, marketplaces, or high-growth environments is highly preferred.
