Role Description The Senior Outbound Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. This role is responsible for conducting outbound calls to existing and potential customers, promoting services or solutions, and driving successful campaign outcomes. Daily tasks include following structured call scripts when required, tailoring communication to customer needs, documenting interactions accurately in CRM or related systems, and meeting performance targets such as contact rate, conversion rate, and call quality. The Senior Outbound Agent also supports junior team members through guidance and best practices, collaborates with supervisors to refine outbound strategies, and escalates complex issues in line with company procedures. The role involves adhering to data privacy and security standards, maintaining a professional customer experience, and contributing to continuous improvement of outbound processes.
