Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and promote minimally invasive products and solutions to healthcare providers. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales visits, presenting product benefits, preparing quotations, and following up on leads to meet and exceed sales targets. The role involves delivering product demonstrations and basic training to medical staff, responding promptly to customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and after-sales support. The Sales Specialist will also maintain accurate records in CRM tools, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and contribute to sales planning and reporting. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, understand client needs, and provide responsive support. Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management capabilities to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and achieve performance targets. Relevant experience in medical devices, healthcare solutions, or pharmaceuticals is highly beneficial. Ability to work independently, organize priorities, and travel locally for client visits as needed. Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine science , Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
