Job Details

  • Actively follow up with various departments to ensure periodic reports, tasks, and data are submitted on time according to the management's schedule.

  • Maintain and update the office filing system (both soft and hard copies) for memos, letters, and administrative records.

  • Monitor office inventory (stationary, pantry supplies, etc.) and coordinate requests to ensure the administrative office runs smoothly without interruptions.

  • Assist in scheduling and preparing meeting rooms for internal teams or executive management.

  • Assist in monitoring daily employee attendance, checking sign-in/sign-out logs, and preparing basic monthly attendance summaries for the HR department.

  • Manage the administrative office's front desk, receive incoming calls, filter corporate emails, and welcome guests and visitors professionally.
