Experience in job design, job descriptions, and organizational structure development. Retail industry experience is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point. Responsibilities Design and update organizational structures and job descriptions. Conduct job analysis and job design activities. Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Support performance management and competency frameworks. Analyze workforce data and prepare HR reports. Participate in employee engagement, succession planning, and talent development initiatives. Assist in organizational restructuring and change management projects.
