Role Description The Insurance Sales Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with some flexibility for work from home. This role involves proactively identifying prospective clients, presenting suitable insurance products, and closing sales to meet individual and team targets. The Insurance Sales Specialist will conduct needs assessments, explain policy features and benefits, prepare quotations, and support clients through enrollment and onboarding. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a pipeline of leads, following up with existing and potential customers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate policy issuance and servicing. The role also requires providing ongoing customer service, handling inquiries and policy changes, and staying informed about Met Life’s product portfolio, compliance standards, and market trends.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Insurance Sales and general Insurance knowledge. Candidates should possess experience in Customer Service and client relationship management. Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and working with diverse distribution channels. Candidates should possess understanding of Health Insurance products and benefits. Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred. Proven track record in sales or financial services, ideally within insurance, is beneficial. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage time effectively, and use CRM or sales tools efficiently. Fluency in Arabic and good command of English, both spoken and written, is advantageous.
