What You’ll Do:• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of outbound sales representatives while actively conducting your own outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products and services.• Consistently meet or exceed both your monthly individual sales targets and overall team sales targets.• Understand customer needs, provide appropriate course recommendations, and train the team to effectively present the value of our offerings.• Convert your own inquiries into sales while assisting the team in closing complex or high-value sales inquiries.• Manage the distribution of marketing leads, ensure the team's timely engagement, and follow up on your own assigned leads.• Oversee the team’s use of the CRM system to ensure accurate daily record-keeping, while maintaining accurate records of your own sales activities and customer interactions.• Monitor call quality, handle escalated customer issues, and ensure both you and your team consistently deliver an excellent customer experience
