Job Summary
Autovrooom is looking for a proactive and organized HR Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, personnel administration, and payroll. The ideal candidate has experience hiring both white-collar and blue-collar employees and can ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws while supporting the company's rapid growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar positions.
- Create and publish job postings on Wuzzuf and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring managers' interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring KPIs.
Personnel
- Prepare employment contracts and hiring documents.
- Manage employee files in compliance with Egyptian Labor Law.
- Handle social insurance and labor office procedures.
- Process employee resignations, terminations, and contract renewals.
- Track attendance, leaves, overtime, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Payroll
- Prepare monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Calculate overtime, deductions, bonuses, commissions, and incentives.
- Coordinate with Finance regarding salary payments.
- Ensure payroll complies with company policies and legal regulations.
- Prepare payroll reports and employee salary records.
HR Operations
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR matters.
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Contribute to improving HR processes and systems.
