Title: Recruitment Specialist Location: Benghazi, Libya

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Specialist to support the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of recruitment experience. This role plays a critical part in maintaining recruitment efficiency, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Key Responsibility:Coordinate and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing support, interview scheduling, and offer administration. Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with a high level of accuracy. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on job requirements. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless scheduling process. Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates. Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, interview-to-offer ratios, and hiring progress. Support the preparation of employment offers, onboarding documentation, and pre employment requirements.
Qualifications & Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information. Preferably with experience at a recruitment agency or working in bulk, high-volume recruitment. Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
