  • Process monthly payroll for all hospital employees (medical & non-medical staff)
  • Ensure accuracy of salaries, overtime, deductions, and incentives
  • Maintain payroll records and employee data in compliance with policies
  • Handle social insurance and tax calculations and submissions
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams regarding employee changes
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
