We are seeking motivated and talented Support Agents for a Chat account to join our team in Maadi. This is an excellent opportunity for technical gr@duates with strong English communication skills to build a solid foundation and establish a long-term career path in the technology sector.
Position Details:
Location: Maadi (On-site)
Shift Structure: Rotational shifts
Days Off: 2 consecutive days off per week
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: 9,500 EGP to 14,000 EGP, determined by English proficiency level and relevant experience
Incentives: Attractive monthly performance-based incentives and an attendance bonus
Transportation: Dedicated shuttle service provided from the Sakanat El Maadi Metro Station
