Job Title: Narrative & Music Creative Specialist Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Role Purpose Help develop the emotional and narrative foundation of cinematic video content before visual production begins. You will own story structure, scriptwriting, emotional pacing, beat design, and music direction—then hand off to a dedicated visual creator. This role exists so the founder no longer builds every story and music foundation from scratch. You will work directly with the founder (final creative authority) to transform concepts into compelling, spiritually grounded narrative experiences. This is not: generic content writing, preaching, teaching, or high-volume output. This is: cinematic, reverent, emotionally intelligent, and structurally disciplined creative development. Core Responsibilities Story Development Shape raw ideas into coherent, compelling narrative structures Identify the strongest angle and emotional framing for each topic Scriptwriting Write first-draft cinematic scripts for voiceover-driven video Revise until aligned with brand tone and creative goals Emotional Structure & Beat Design Break content into strong emotional beats (tension, awe, reverence, release) Build narrative flow from hook → progression → resolution Music Direction Suggest music progression that matches emotional arc Define where music rises, softens, or intensifies Optional bonus: assist with AI music workflows (Suno or similar) Creative Package Preparation Deliver a usable pre-visual package including: concept angle, story structure, script, emotional beats, and music notes Ensure smooth handoff to visual creator Key Outcomes Stronger first-draft scripts Less founder time spent building story structure from zero Better emotional pacing and cinematic rhythm Clearer handoff to visual production Stronger connection between story and music Required Competencies & Skills Essential:Excellent English writing Cinematic scriptwriting skill (not blog or social copy) Ability to structure emotional beats and acts Deep sensitivity to tone, pacing, and restraint Strong revision ability + low-ego feedback reception Ability to build concepts from loose direction Strong instinct for emotionally aligned music direction Technical:Google Docs / Word Ability to organize script drafts and music notes clearly Familiarity with AI writing tools (optional but helpful) Preferred:Experience with scriptwriting, trailer writing, spoken-word, documentary narration, or devotional storytelling Familiarity with music briefing or AI music workflows (Suno a bonus) Understanding of video pacing and visual storytelling Experience Level2–5+ years in one or more of:Scriptwriting / narrative development Creative writing for video Cinematic storytelling Music direction / composition support Spoken-word or voiceover content writing Trailer, documentary, or emotionally driven media writing No traditional film-industry résumé required. You must escalate: major tone/theological changes, final script/music approval, major concept shifts, anything affecting brand identity.
