  • Job Description:
  • Serve the dedicated point of contact to clear message backlogs and handle all pre-sales, store inquiries, and complaints across Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Establish and maintain unified response standards and templates across all platforms to ensure a consistent brand voice and protect public reputation.
  • Manage and maintain private customer communities, using online invitations and engagement to actively drive digital traffic to offline store locations.
  • Convert social media traffic and live-stream engagement into potential leads, ensuring no customer opportunities are lost.
