Key Responsibilities:• Analyze sales trends and historical data to forecast product demand• Develop accurate demand plans to support inventory and supply chain operations• Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and procurement teams to ensure product availability• Monitor stock levels and support inventory optimization initiatives• Prepare forecasting and planning reports to support business decisions• Identify demand fluctuations and recommend corrective actions
Job Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field• 1–3 years of experience as a Demand Planner within the FMCG industry• FMCG background is a must• Strong analytical, forecasting, and planning skills• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems• Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles is preferred
