Call homeowners and ask if they’re interested in selling their property—no need to convince or push!
If interested, gather some details about the property.
Target: Just 2 qualified properties per day!

???? Salary & Growth:

First Month: Fixed 6,000 EGP Basic Salary
After achieving the Target: Basic salary increases to 8,000 EGP!
Senior Agents: Start at 8k + unlimited KPIs!

???? KPI Breakdown & Bonus System:
44-50 Leads → 6K Basic + 1,750 KPIs
51-60 Leads → 6K Basic + 2,500 KPIs + 2K Extra Bonus = 10,500 EGP
61 Leads → 6K Basic + 3,050 KPIs + 3K Extra Bonus = 12,050 EGP
80 Leads → 6K Basic + 4,000 KPIs + 6K Extra Bonus = 16,000 EGP

???? Monday–Friday (Weekends Off!)
⏳ Fixed 9-hour shifts (includes 1-hour break)

5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
