Job Details

Payroll Management

  • Prepare monthly payroll data, including updates for new hires, final settlements for resigned employees, deductions, and bonuses.
  • Prepare monthly payroll sheets and issue payslips.
  • Ensure accurate salary transfers by coordinating with different banks regarding payroll transfers.
  • Issue employee salaries on a monthly basis.
  • Conduct regular payroll reviews and audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Personnel Administration

  • Assist with hiring, termination, and payroll-related transactions.
  • Complete employee hiring files and ensure all legal requirements are met.
  • Execute personnel procedures according to approved company policies, including new employee onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.

Attendance & Compliance

  • Follow up on employee attendance and absenteeism (regular / irregular).
  • Review company policies and ensure employees comply with them.
  • Ensure HR operations are aligned with labor law and internal regulations.

Reporting & HR Support

  • Prepare and develop monthly HR reports.
  • Support the HR Manager in preparing the department budget when required.
  • Provide accurate HR data and reports for management review.
