: Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide a professional first impression-

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions-

Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively-

Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable-

:Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)-
3-5 years of experience in customer service (preferably face-to-face)-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills-
Presentable with a professional attitude-
Ability to handle difficult situations and solve problems effectively.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved-
