Key Responsibilities:
- Record and monitor all daily accounting entries and financial transactions
- Prepare invoices and follow up on payments and collections
- Manage expenses, revenues, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare periodic financial reports
- Monitor customer and supplier accounts
- Review financial data and ensure accuracy
- Work efficiently on QuickBooks
- Coordinate with management to provide clear and accurate financial reports
