Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Advisor (Chat & Voice) based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will handle customer interactions across both voice and non-voice channels, ensuring a high-quality customer experience that reflects premium service standards. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues professionally, and maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions, while contributing to overall customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Responsibilities Handling customer inquiries via chat and voice channels. Providing accurate information about products and services. Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally. Ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining high service standards. Documenting all interactions clearly on the system.
Qualifications Excellent command of English (B2+ minimum). Fluent Arabic (spoken & written). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle both chat and voice interactions professionally. Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
