Job Summary The HR Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for supporting organizational effectiveness through manpower planning, job design, and structure optimization. The role focuses on developing and maintaining job descriptions, organizational charts, and workforce plans aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Develop and update organizational charts in line with business needs. Analyze organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements. Lead workforce planning activities based on business requirements and budgets. Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs. Monitor headcount and ensure alignment with approved manpower plans. Develop, review, and update job descriptions for all roles. Conduct job analysis and ensure role clarity across the organization. Prepare reports related to headcount, organizational structure, and workforce planning. Work closely with HR, Finance, and department heads. Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in Organizational Development (OD). Strong experience in manpower planning, job descriptions, and organizational structuring. Background in retail, construction, properties, or real estate is highly preferred.
