JOB TITLE
Employee Life Cycle Associate Manager | MAF Global Solutions | Global Solutions Egypt
ROLE SUMMARY
The Employee Life Cycle Associate Manager will serve as a backup for the Employee Life Cycle Manager in all tasks and issues related to Employee Services. This role involves assisting team members with inquiries and escalations, managing work assignment allocation within the employee services function for MAF Retail, and conducting periodic reviews of employee services operations with relevant stakeholders.
ROLE PROFILE
- Proactively seek feedback from stakeholders and implement improvements based on the feedback received.
- Perform quality checks on the employee services team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures by reviewing random samples and running system reports.
- Oversee the allocation of employee services tickets among team members.
- Analyze current system issues to identify operational gaps and recommend corrective actions for a seamless employee services process.
- Provide coaching and timely feedback to team members.
- Participate in and/or lead training sessions for new processes, systems, and newcomers’ orientation.
- Supervises the employee services team.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant or numerate discipline.
