  1. Configuring network hardware like servers, routers and switches
  2. Upgrading and diagnose computer networks
  3. Troubleshooting network issues
  4. Assisting network architects with the design of network models
  5. Deploying and updating software
  6. Managing servers and their operating systems
  7. Implementing security measures and basic testing
  8. Managing cloud and physical network storage
  9. Interface directly with the help desk and IT support technicians to resolve and document hardware and software troubleshooting tickets, bug reports and errors.
