Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for an English Technical Customer Support Agent (Chat & Voice). The agent will assist customers through chat and voice channels, manage customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting technical problems and providing efficient, solutions-oriented support to meet customer needs.
Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service Strong understanding of Customer Satisfaction and ability to enhance the customer experience Excellent Communication skills for both chat and voice interactions Technical aptitude for Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment Fluency in English, both written and spoken Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role is advantageous Flexibility to work in 24/7 rotational shifts as required
