Cold Caller / Appointment Setter for Med Spa Marketing Agency

Company based in Canada (Apex Patient Growth) - remote work
Compensation:
Base pay + performance commission + advancement system
- $700 Canadian as a base (it will get higher up to $1000)
- +commission
- + bonus for sales up to $4000 + bonuses ‘
Plus commission for every meeting booked and a closed deal.
Experience: minimum of 3 years (please do not apply if you are not experienced)
About the Role
We are hiring a serious cold caller/appointment setter to help us book qualified meetings with med spa
This is not a casual VA role.
This is a performance role for someone who is organized, disciplined, confident on the phone, and able to follow a system.
You will be calling business owners and decision-makers, handling objections, booking qualified appointments, updating the CRM properly, and following clear daily targets.
This role is for someone who wants long-term growth, real advancement, and performance-based income.
What You Will Do
- Cold call med spas and related businesses
- Speak with front desk, managers, and owners
- Book qualified appointments for our sales team
- Update CRM correctly after every call
- Write clean notes and set follow-ups properly
- Hit daily and weekly targets
- Attend team check-ins and follow the calling process exactly

Requirements
- Strong spoken English
