Job Description:
We are building a high-performance outsourcing operation focused on the US, Canada, and European markets, delivering customer service, lead generation, and operational support to growing companies.
We are hiring a Director of Business Development to take full ownership of client acquisition and build our sales function from the ground up.
This is a founding role with a clear path to leading the entire revenue department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing in new clients, establishing the sales process, and scaling the function into a structured team.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business across US, Canada, and European markets
- Identify, approach, and close clients for customer service and call center outsourcing
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Bring in initial clients within the first 90 days
- Develop and execute outbound and inbound acquisition strategies
- Build sales messaging, positioning, and targeting strategy
- Work closely with leadership on growth and partnerships
- Hire, train, and manage a sales team after initial traction
