About the Job
The HR Generalist will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment activities, serving as the primary support to the HR Manager. The position will also contribute to core HR operations including payroll coordination, personnel administration, organizational development support, and HR reporting. The vacancy will be offshore based in favor of Samir Group - KSA.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing (Primary Responsibility)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, CV screening, interviews coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
- Prepare and maintain Job Requests and recruitment documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.
HR Operations & Personnel
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data, attendance, and personnel changes.
- Handle personnel records, employee files, and HR documentation.
- Assist in managing social insurance, contracts, and employment-related documents.
- Respond to employee HR-related inquiries and provide operational support.
Organizational Development & HR Support
- Support basic OD initiatives such as job descriptions updates and organizational charts.
- Assist in performance management cycles and HR programs.
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvements as assigned.
