- Overview: As our HR Generalist, you will be a pivotal player in shaping our employee experience. You will manage a comprehensive range of HR functions, from talent acquisition to employee relations, ensuring our HR practices align with our company values and strategic objectives. - Responsibilities:
- Lead the full cycle of Recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management, securing top talent for our growing organization.
- Champion Personnel Management, including onboarding new hires, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Oversee and administer employee benefits, compensation, and Payroll Administration processes with meticulous attention to detail.
- Provide expert guidance on Employee Relations, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a harmonious work environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, contributing to a fair, consistent, and productive workplace.
- Facilitate Training & Development initiatives, supporting employee growth and skill enhancement.
- Utilize HRIS effectively to manage data, generate reports, and streamline HR operations.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee queries, demonstrating exceptional Customer Service and support.
- Skills & Technologies: You'll be utilizing your profound knowledge of HR principles, alongside advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with various HRIS platforms and modern recruitment software will be highly valued. Your robust Communication and Problem Solving skills will be key to your success.
