We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR processes while contributing to a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
· Support Payroll and benefits administration in coordination with finance teams.
· Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
· Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as required.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
· Monitor attendance, leave balances, and support timekeeping processes.
· Draft HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and certificates.
· Assist in resolving basic employee relations issues and escalate when necessary.
