Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior BIM Coordinator role, located in Cairo. The Senior BIM Coordinator will oversee and manage BIM processes across all project phases, ensuring collaboration among project teams, accurate model creation, and compliance with project requirements. Responsibilities include facilitating coordination between architecture, structural, and MEP systems, implementing BIM standards, and ensuring efficient project delivery by leveraging Building Information Modeling systems and tools. The role will also involve problem-solving, supporting project managers, and making sure all disciplines work seamlessly toward project goals.
Qualifications Comprehensive expertise in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes Strong understanding of Architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems Proven ability in Project Management, with a focus on delivering projects on schedule and meeting quality standards Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams Proficiency in BIM tools and software, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar applications Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving project demands A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management Previous experience in a senior BIM coordination role is highly desirable
